College Admission Testing: What You Need to Know

West High School on Monday, February 2nd,  starting at 6:30 pm in the Little Theater
City High School on Monday, February 16th, starting at 7 pm in the auditorium

The event is open to all students and parents interested in college admission testing; the presentation will be the same at each location.

Adam Ingersoll will speak about the ins and outs of college admission testing, in particular about the tests’ relevancy at highly-selective colleges.  The presentation is especially worthwhile for families with a 9th or 10th grader (or younger, planning ahead) who is likely to apply to competitive colleges at which admission tests – ACT, SAT, Subject Tests, APs – are an important factor in admission decisions and scholarship awards. Admission tests are also important for home schooled students who don’t have a class rank, GPA, transcript or diploma.  This presentation is entirely educational and non-solicitous.
